2011 is shaping up to be another busy year for Marshall’s Mill and Round Foundry. Coming up this spring will be an update to our often imitated, never bettered ‘art park’ Wonderwood and we are currently working on exciting refurbishment plans for Marshall’s Mill with work likely to start in the next couple of months.
As part of this refurb, we are looking to improve broadband locally and we’d be interested to hear from existing Marshall’s Mill tenants who might like to explore possible improvements, contact

We’ll also be holding one of our regular Meet the Landlord tenant meetings on 16 March, and another Beat the Landlord social event on the 24 March, details to be confirmed but put the date in your diary.
