AS WE HEAD INTO 2012, it’s an exciting time for change at the Round Foundry and Marshall’s Mill. Many of you are aware of the refurbishments taking place at Marshall’s Mill over the last few months and some of the internal renovations are now finished. We’re please to see that the new spaces are already attracting new tenants into the mill – some of whom you’ll be introduced to in this edition of BLEAT.
Now, our focus turns to the common parts of the building (including the reception and lifts) and to the exterior of the building, improving the landscaping surrounding the Mill to make the approach more open and as appealing on the outside as it is on the inside. There will also be a winter facelift for our popular art-park, Wonderwood at Round Foundry.
